This policy explains what personal data QULTR collects, why, and the rights you have over it. It is written to be read, not to hide behind.

What we collect

Only what you give us. When you take the diagnostic, download a resource, join a waitlist, or send an application, we collect the details you enter, typically your email address, and for applications your name and the notes you write. We do not collect financial information, and we do not buy data about you from anywhere else.

Why we use it

To do the thing you asked for: send your result, deliver the resource, add you to a waitlist, or reply to your application. If you opt in, we may also send occasional updates about QULTR. Nothing more, and nothing sold.

Who processes it

Your email is stored and sent through MailerLite, our email provider, under their own data-protection terms. Application details sent by email are held in our inbox. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. You can ask to see the data we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted entirely, and we will. There is no cost and no catch.
